中国童模榜中榜年度时尚盛典是由中国星生代创办的儿童艺术类线上线下双轨制盛典。继2019年1月及2020年2月分别在上海和南京成功举办两届后，2021年2月选址杭州与大家再次见面。

本届盛典以"乘风破浪"为主题，取自《孽海花》第二四回："东海湄，扶桑涘，欲往从之多蛇豕！乘风破浪从此始。"

届时，西子湖畔将汇聚少儿时尚圈包括知名秀导、资深评委、童模机构、高定童装主理人、化妆造型师，以及媒体舞美等相关行业和机构，通过线下走秀，线上直播、全民参与、时尚狂欢的形式打造年度收官盛会。
